Oleksandr Moshnenko from Ukraine won the men juniors 50m regular runs event at the world championship in Sweden today. With his team members Vladlen Onopko and Stanidslav Los he also won the team gold.
By shooting both the best slow runs and the best fast runs among the juniors, Oleksandr Moshnenko from Ukraine won the junior events gold with a 6 points margin. Silver to Jani Suoranta, Finland, with 578 points. Sami Heikkila, Finland, and Vladlen Onopko, Ukraine, tied for 573 points. Heikkila won the following shoot-off, winning the bronze.
In the team competition Ukraine won the gold medal. The Silver medal went to Finland, while the Russian team secured the Bronze.
