50m Running Target Mixed Men Junior Stage 2

Running Target WCH: Finnish success in the 50m Mixed Junior Men event

The Finnish juniors won all medals in the individual 50m mixed runs event. With 381 points the gold went to Heikki Lahdekorpi. Second place to Jani Suoranta, 379 points, and third place to Sami Heikkila with 378 points.

It has been a great day, for Finland, today. At the 2012 ISSF Running Target World Championship, held in Stockholm in these days, Finland’s Junior shooters step up on the 50m Running Target Mixed Junior Men podium, securing Gold, Silver and Bronze.

 

It was a great performance of Heikki Lahdekorpi, Jani Suoranta and Sami Heikkila, who left their opponents far behind them. With a total score of 1138 points, and 34 points of advantage on their followers, the young Finnish flag bearer also won the team Gold with ease. The Junior team of the Russian Federation ended up in second place with an overall score of 1104 points, while the Bronze medal went to Ukraine, with a score of 1100 points.
