Almost 300 shooters will liven up the ISSF Junior World Cup in Gabala

The second ISSF Junior World Cup of the year is the final junior competition of the season, and it will take place from September 16th to September 23rd.

The first official ISSF competition after the XXXI edition of the Olympic Games is a Junior World Cup which is about to take place in Gabala (AZE), from the 16th to the 23rd of September.

 

279 junior athletes, representing 27 countries, will pile up a total of 398 starts in 18 events: the 15 Olympic Shooting events with the addition of the 25m Standard Pistol Men Junior, the 25m Pistol Men Junior and the 50m Rifle Prone Women Junior.

 

The Gabala Shooting Club will host an official ISSF competition for the third consecutive year, after the ISSF World Cup Final held in 2014 and the ISSF World Cup stage held last year.

 

The first medal event of the competition is expected to take place on Sunday at 2:00 PM. Here’s a detailed schedule of the finals of the 15 Olympic Shooting events:
