Team India won all medals on the final day of the World Championship in Peru

On the final day of the ISSF Junior World Championship Rifle / Pistol / Shotgun, athletes competed for medals in four events. All medals were won by athletes from India.

In the 25m Standard Pistol Men Junior defeated SIDHU Vijayveer. SIDHU Udhayveer came in second, GUPTA Harsh in third.

 

Among Women Junior, SANGWAN Rhythm won Gold, VELOOR NAIR Niveditha won Silver, and KAPOOR Naamya - Bronze.

 

CHEEMA Arjun Singh showed the best result in 50m Pistol Men Junior. SARIN Shaurya and CHAVAN Ajinkya came in second and third, respectively.

 

NARWAL Shikha took first place among Women Junior. SINGH Esha won a silver medal and NAVDEEP KAUR Navdeep IND Kaur won a bronze medal.

 

According to the results in Medal Standing, the first place was confidently taken by athletes from India, who won 40 medals, 16 of them - Gold. The second place was taken by athletes from the USA - a total of 21 medals, 7 of them Gold. The third is the Italian team with 10 medals, 3 of them are Gold. In total, athletes from 16 countries won awards.
