On the final day of the ISSF World Cup Shotgun in Nicosia, Cyprus, athletes competed for medals in Skeet Team events.
Two Gold medals were won by Italian athletes, the Americans won 2 Silvers, Bronze - Slovaks and Germans.
In Skeet Team Women a confident victory was won by Chiara CAINERO, Martina BARTOLOMEI and Diana BACOSI from Italy. Their competitors in the Gold medal match Austen Jewell SMITH, Dania Jo VIZZI and Caitlin CONNOR from USA won the Silver. Third place went to Danka BARTEKOVA, Lucia KOPCANOVA and Vanesa HOCKOVA from Slovakia.
Italians Elia SDRUCCIOLI, Tammaro CASSANDRO and Gabriele ROSSETTI also won the Skeet Team Men. Adam MC BEE, Phillip Russell JUNGMAN and Hayden STEWART from USA won Silver, Sven KORTE, Vincent HAAGA and Felix HAASE from Germany won Bronze.
About 350 athletes from over 50 countries, including winners and medalists of Tokyo-2020, competed here for medals in 10 events.
In Medal standing the first place was taken by Italy with 3 Gold, 2 Silver and 1 Bronze (6 in total), the second by Turkey with 2 Gold, the third by Slovakia with 1 Gold, 1 Silver and 2 Bronze (4 in total).
