Amazing victories in Changwon!

The ISSF World Cup Rifle/Pistol/Shotgun continues in Changwon, Republic of Korea. Today medals were played in four events.

Dai YOSHIOKA from Japan won his first ISSF medal in 25m Rapid Fire Pistol Men. In the final, he was more accurate than Tokyo 2020 Olympic champion Jean QUIQUAMPOIX from France and Jaekyoon LEE from Republic of Korea, who won his first ISSF medal among men. Jean QUIQUAMPOIX won Silver, Jaekyoon LEE - Bronze.

 

A tough fight for the victory was in the Skeet Women Final, the fate of the Gold was decided only by the results of the shoo off. The winner of the previous World Cup in Baku, French Lucie ANASTASSIOU, was more accurate than the winner and prize-winner of the Amber HILL from Great Britain World Cups. Lucie ANASTASSIOU - Gold, Amber HILL - Silver. Chiara DI MARZIANTONIO from Italy took third place.

 

Mairaj Ahmad KHAN from India won Gold in Skeet Men, his first World Cup medal since 2016. Minsu KIM from Republic of Korea finished second and won his first medal. World Cup medalist Ben LLEWELLIN from Great Britain won Bronze.

 

Jolyn BEER, Lisa MUELLER and Anna JANSSEN from Germany won the 50m Rifle 3 Positions Team Women. Second place went to Hae Mi PARK, Chaewon SONG and Eunseo LEE from Republic of Korea. Anjum MOUDGIL, Ashi CHOUKSEY and Sift Kaur SAMRA from India won Bronze.
