The course marked the 43rd ISSF D Course and was one of the largest courses simultaneously organised by the ISSF Academy. 72 coaches participating across all three disciplines led by courses tutors Dr.Kevin Kilty (Shotgun), Dr. Zeljko Todorovic (Pistol) and Goran Maksimovic (Rifle).
The ISSF Academy Training Centre at Manav Rachna University provided an excellent location for the course with four lecture theatres and a canteen for all participants during the course. The demand for the course was such that it was oversubscribed and already another course is already in the planning stages.
Course tutor Dr. Kevin Kilty of the ISSF Academy spoke very highly of the organisers. "My thanks to the ISSF Academy accredited training centre here at Manav Rachna University for organising an excellent course for all participants. Shooting as a sport is highly regarded in India and having seen the demand for places on this course I am sure that the courses of the Academy will be a regular feature from here on in at the University."

Speaking of the participants on the course Dr. Kilty said "I've been very impressed with the attention to detail and the questions I have been asked during the course. The coaches have been very engaged during the course and that adds greatly to the success of the course."
The ISSF Academy has experienced its busiest year so far with a high demand for courses and the remainder sees courses in Montenegro, Finland, Hungary, Pakistan and Cyprus amongst others still to come.
