550 athletes are competing in Rifle, Pistol and Shotgun Olympic events in Beijing, at the last ISSF World Cup Stage of the year before the ISSF World Cup Finals that will be held in Gabala, Azerbaijan, next October.
The last leg of the 2014 ISSF World Cup Series kicks off in Beijing, People's Republic of China, today.
The competition – a combined World Cup Stage in Rifle, Pistol and Shotgun events – takes place at the 2008 Olympic Shooting Range of Beijing, from today right through July 10. More than 550 athletes coming from 53 countries will compete there in the 15 Olympic events.
The first medals will be assigned tomorrow, July 3, when the 10m Air Rifle Men and Women and the Trap Women finals will take place.
