2017 ISSF World Cup Final: qualified athletes and Mixed Teams

The 2017 ISSF World Cup Final in Rifle, Pistol and Shotgun events will take place in New Delhi, India, in October. For the first time, Mixed Team events will be contested at the Final.

The champions of the 2017 ISSF World Cup Series will be crowned at the ISSF World Cup Final due to take place in New Delhi, India, from the 23rd through the 30th of October. 

 

Only the best shooters of the world qualified to compete. The title defenders, the 2016 Rifle and Pistol Olympic Champions and the 2017 Shotgun World Championship medalists will meet the top athletes selected through this year’s ISSF World Cup Stages in New Delhi (IND), Acapulco (MEX), Larnaka (CYP), Munich (GER) and Gabala (AZE). The glass globes, the ISSF World Cup trophies, are in their sights.

For the first time, the new Mixed Team events recently approved by the ISSF and the IOC for their inclusion in the Tokyo 2020 Program, will be conducted as official events at the World Cup Final. 

 

The four best 10m Air Rifle and 10m Air Pistol teams out of each of the two Rifle/Pistol test events have been selected to compete in New Delhi. The two best Trap teams out of each of the three shotgun world cup test events have qualified, along with the three medal-winning teams of the ISSF Shotgun World Championship in Moscow. 

 

All the selected teams have been invited in New Delhi, at the same conditions of the other athletes qualified in the individual events. The complete results of the 2017 test events are available here for 10m Air Rifle Mixed Team, 10m Air Pistol Mixed Team and Trap Mixed Team.
