Kimberly Rhode wins her 19th World Cup gold medal!

USA's Kimberly Rhode continues her winning streak by winning gold in the Skeet Women's Final in Acapulco after 3 World Cup victories last year. Silver medal went to Chloe Tipple from New Zealand and China's Donglian Zhang won the bronze medal.
Rhode hit 121 targets out of 125 in the qualification and 57 out of 60 in the final. Silver placed Tipple hit 121 in qualification and 48 in the final. Bronze medallist Zhang hit 119 plus 42.
Olympic Quotas were won by Chloe Tipple (NZL) and Donglian Zhang (CHN).
China's Zhang Heng and USA's Samantha Simonton both equalled the new Qualification World Record of 123ex125 but on this occasion they did not get any medals. Simonton also broke the Junior World Record.
The ISSF Shotgun World Cup in Acapulco (MEX) will continue today with the Skeet Men Final.
