India, Poland, and Indonesia won World Cup medals in New Delhi

At the World Cup Rifle/Pistol/Shotgun which continues in the capital of India, New Delhi, athletes competed for medals in new Team events in Rifle/Pistol.

In 50m Rifle 3 Positions Team Women, Aneta STANKIEWICZ, Aleksandra SZUTKO, and Natalia KOCHANSKA from Poland won Gold. They were more accurate in the Final than Anjum MOUDGIL, Shreya SAKSENA, and Gaayathri NITHYANADAM from India. Vidya Rafika Rahmatan TOYYIBA, Monica DARYANTI, and Audrey Zahra DHIYAANISA from Indonesia climbed to the third place of the podium.

Rahi SARNOBAT, Chinki YADAV, and Manu BHAKER from India won the 25m Pistol Team Women. The second place in the medal match was taken by Joanna Iwona WAWRZONOWSKA, Julita BOREK, and Agnieszka KOREJWO from Poland.

The new Team events received positive feedback from the participants, with which Natalia KOCHANSKA from Poland, who won the 50m Rifle 3 Positions Team Women, also agreed: “I think Team event is a very good decision. We have another chance for good shooting, final and some experience. It is really nice to share it with team members and celebrate together. You are responsible not only for yourself, but all team and it teaches us building team spirit”.
