Nicolas PACHECO ESPINOSA from Peru won the home tournament and took his first World Cup medal. The destiny of the Gold medal was decided only by the results of the shoot off, where the winner and medalist of the World Cup Federico GIL from Argentina became Nicolas' rival. And at these competitions, Federico won the Silver. Hayden STEWART from USA finished third and also won his first World Cup medal.
Americans won two medals at once in Skeet Women. World Champion-2017 Dania Jo VIZZI from USA won Gold with Golden Hit. She left her teammate Austen Jewell SMITH no chance to catch up her. Golden Target 2021 winner Austen Jewell SMITH took Second place. The 2018 European vice-champion Lucie ANASTASSIOU from France became the Third.
Athletes will compete for medals in the Skeet Team events tomorrow. ISSF World Cup in Lima will continue till Thursday.
