Today juniors completed their participation in the World Championship Shotgun by taking part in the Skeet Team events. Teams from Asia, America and Europe won 2 medals each.
Teams from People's Republic of China and USA fought for Gold in Skeet Team Women Junior. Spectators saw a real fight with a shoot off. More precisely, there were Yingzi WANG, Dan WANG and Yaojia ZHOU from the People's Republic of China. Americans Alishia Fayth LAYNE, Mikena Grace FULTON and Julia Florence NELSON won Silver. Bronze medalists were Adela SUPEKOVA, Adriana ZAJICKOVA and Miroslava HOCKOVA from Slovakia.
In the Skeet Team Men Junior, Americans Benjamin Joseph KELLER, Aidin BURNS and Jordan Douglas SAPP left no chance to their rivals from Finland Ukko-Pekka MAEKINEN, Oskari Aatos Juhani LEHTIMAEKI and Eino Akseli who took second place. Bronze went to Bhavtegh Singh GILL, Abhay Singh SEKHON and Ritu Raj BUNDELA from India.
On Sunday, the world champions in Skeet Senior events, as well as the owners of Quota Places to Paris-2024, will be determined.
