The ISSF Marketing Team is set to hold training sessions with local organisers of future ISSF events, to ensure coordination exists in all branding and sponsorship.
It will ensure that the ISSF, sponsors and local organising committees work as a cohesive unit in their branding at major events. This covers different areas at events such as the barriers, mixed zone, press area and competition range.
Training sessions, which are to be held with all 2026 and 2027 host teams, will focus on areas such as design guidelines, position of international sponsors and management of local sponsors. It will also be an opportunity for participants to ask questions.
This year, the ISSF Marketing Team focused on reviewing the design of international competitions, developing a coordinated image with dedicated visibility for the ISSF's new international and local sponsors, creating a guideline for all future hosts.
Head of Marketing, Andrea Cuneo, said: "The participation of all local organisers is of great importance and we emphasise this with all future hosts. By ensuring all stakeholders are pulling in the same direction, we all contribute substantially to the future financial health of our sport."
These sessions are scheduled to take place in mid to late October. ISSF staff will be in touch with the local organisers soon regarding further information.
