Communications Manager, Nick Davies, represented the ISSF at the latest International Olympic Committee Communications Workshop, held at Olympic House in Lausanne, Switzerland.
Over 70 communications professionals from National Olympic Committees, International Federations, and Olympic Games Organising Committees attended the event, which was held over two days.
These sessions focused on sharing insights, best practices and new ideas, with Davies reporting there was great cooperation between attendees.
Much of the focus was on the upcoming Milano Cortina 2026 Olympic Winter Games, the Dakar 2026 Youth Olympic Games, and the Los Angeles 2028 Olympic Games, the latter of which shooting is on the sporting programme.
