The Executive Committee has approved the allocation of additional ISSF Championships during the 2026 and 2027 seasons, including the 2026 ISSF World Championship Moving Target, taking place from 20 to 26 July 2026 in Tallinn, Estonia. These cover both 10m and 50m distances for senior and junior athletes.
Following on from hosting the ISSF World Championship Shotgun at the Malakasa Shooting Range; Athens, Greece will host a leg of the 2027 ISSF Junior World Cup Shotgun, from 10 to 18 April 2027.
Bellinzona, Switzerland is set to host the ISSF World Tour Target Sprint again next year, taking place from 2 to 4 October 2026.
Saudi Arabia has been awarded two 2027 ISSF Grand Prix events too, with Jeddah and the capital city Riyadh confirmed as the host cities of these. Dates for these events are to be confirmed. These are in addition to existing ISSF Grands Prix already on the calendar, which will not be affected.
