ISSF World Cup Granada 2026: China takes gold in 10m Air Rifle Mixed Team

China claimed the gold medal in the 10m Air Rifle Mixed Team event at the International Shooting Sport Federation (ISSF) World Cup Rifle / Pistol Granada 2026, following a high-level final held at the Las Gabias Shooting Range.

The Chinese duo of Wang Zifei and Sheng Lihao secured gold with a total score of 504.3 points, taking control of the final after a strong comeback performance.
Silver went to Hungary, represented by Eszter Denes and Istvan Peni, who finished with 502.9 points after leading the early stages of the competition.
The bronze medal was claimed by Norway, with Jeanette Hegg Duestad and Jon-Hermann Hegg scoring 439.0 points.

The second Chinese team, Zhang Qianying and Ma Sihan, placed fourth with 374.8 points.
The final began with Hungary setting the pace, taking the early lead with 105 points, ahead of Norway (104.1), China Team 2 (104.0) and China Team 1 (103.7).

However, the momentum shifted during the second stage of the competition. China Team 1 raised their level and moved into the lead, a position they maintained consistently until the end of the final.
The 10m Air Rifle Mixed Team final showcased the depth and competitiveness of the field, with narrow margins and strong performances across all teams.

China’s victory adds another highlight to the ISSF World Cup Rifle / Pistol Granada 2026, as the competition continues to deliver world-class shooting sport performances.
