ISSF World Cup Granada 2026: Anna Janssen sets world record to win 10m Air Rifle Women gold

The 10m Air Rifle Women final at the International Shooting Sport Federation (ISSF) World Cup Rifle / Pistol Granada 2026 took place today, 10 April, at 12:30 local time at the Las Gabias Shooting Range.

The final featured a strong international field, including notable storylines with two German teammates and the Jaeggi sisters from Switzerland competing side by side.

Germany’s Anna Janssen delivered an exceptional performance to claim gold with a total of 362.9 points, setting a World Record in the process.
Silver was secured by her teammate Nele Stark, with 361.5 points, completing a double podium finish for Germany.
Bronze went to Switzerland’s Emely Jaeggi, who scored 350.1 points, adding to the strong presence of the Jaeggi family in the final.
The competition followed the traditional format, starting with the kneeling and prone positions, before moving into the standing position, where eliminations ultimately decided the medals.

Janssen showed remarkable consistency throughout all stages of the final, maintaining a high level of performance and control to stay at the top of the leaderboard.
The final was marked by unique storylines, including the presence of the Jaeggi sisters, Emely and Vivien Joy, competing together at the highest level, as well as the strong performance of the German team, placing two athletes on the podium.
