The course was led by Luis E. Valladares Montalvo, providing participants with the knowledge and skills required to serve as ISSF Referees.
Of the 10 participants, six took part in the course to reactivate their existing Referee licences, while the remaining participants completed the programme to obtain their first Referee licence.
All 10 participants successfully completed the course and passed the required examination, marking a positive outcome for the development of qualified technical officials in the region.
The participation of officials from Guatemala and Cuba also underlined the international reach of the ISSF Education programme and its role in supporting Member Federations in developing and maintaining a strong pool of qualified officials.
With all participants successfully completing the course, the programme represents another step towards strengthening technical expertise and ensuring high standards across ISSF competitions.
