The online voting platform will reopen at 07:00 CET (09:00 local time) on 3 November and close at 18:00 CET (20:00 local time) on 13 November.
Athletes who did not vote during the first voting period at the ISSF World Championship 300m Rifle in Cairo will have their final opportunity to participate in Doha. Voting will not be possible outside the two designated competition periods.

Athletes must be at least 18 years old and actively participating in either the World Championship 300m Rifle in Cairo or the World Championship Rifle/Pistol/Shotgun in Doha to be eligible to vote.
Each eligible athlete may vote only once, selecting a maximum of two candidates in each discipline — Rifle, Pistol and Shotgun — for a maximum of six candidates in total.
A total of six athletes will be elected to the ISSF Athletes Committee for the 2026–2030 term, with two representatives from each discipline, in accordance with the ISSF Constitution.
