  2. Information on the number of athletes, coaches, and judges involved in shooting sport under the Member Federation;
  3. Information on shooting sport competitions organized by the Member Federation and/or competitions in which its athletes have participated over the past five years;

  • Each Member Federation may apply for a grant of up to €20,000.
  • Applications are only eligible if all yearly membership fees are fully paid by the Member Federations.

Application status

  • If all required information and documentation is provided and fees are paid, the application will be submitted for consideration to the Board of Trustees (BoT).
  • If information and/or documentation is missing or membership fees are outstanding, the ISSF Office will contact the Member Federation to request completion.

Board of Trustees review

  • The BoT meets twice per year:
    • First half of the year: ISSF Development Fund – Summer Programme
    • Second half of the year: ISSF Development Fund – Winter Programme
  • The application deadlines are fixed every year:
    • 30 June
    • 31 December

After the BoT decision

  • All Member Federations that have applied to the ISSF Development Fund will be informed of the outcome.
  • If the application is approved, the Member Federation will receive instructions on how to proceed to receive the funds.
  • If approved but still missing some information, the Member Federation will be given a deadline to provide what is missing:
    • If the deadline is met, instructions to receive the funds will follow.
    • If not, the application will be moved to the next programme and considered there.

Receiving the funds

  • The Member Federation is responsible for the order the approved equipment from its chosen supplier.
  • The Member Federation must then submit proof of payment to the ISSF Office.
